Payments

* Payment is accepted thru the Etsy checkout system which includes Paypal,
personal or business credit cards and numerous other options.

* Payment is due upon purchase.

* AZ, CA, FL, IL, IN, KY, MD, PN, TN, TX, VA and WI will be accessed sales tax.

* Stock Orders may be cancelled or changed prior to shipping. Custom orders
can not be cancelled.

Shipping

* We ship worldwide
* Shipping is provided by USPS. (postal service)
* First class and Priority mail are available.
* Rates are calculated thru the checkout system based on weight and
destination.
* Handling takes from 1-2 business days for stock items and 3-10 days for custom items.
* Confirmation of shipping and tracking is provided.
* Insurance is optional but recommended. We are not responsible for lost or
damaged items no longer in our possession.
* International shipping is usually trouble free and items arrive within a week or
so. However, customs can hold items for many weeks on occasion. We cannot
be held responsible should they decide to do so.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We offer a 100% money–back guarantee on our products. Returns are accepted provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt, and items are well packaged and returned in new condition. Postage is only refunded if we have shipped an incorrect item. The refund is processed upon receipt of returned item. Custom orders are not returnable.
